Delivery is determined by the shipping method selected by you at checkout! You will receive an email with a tracking number/information once your order is shipped.

Armor Up Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/shipping issues once the package has been shipped. This includes delivery issues due to incorrect addresses, order information, or undeliverable addresses. If we receive a package due to, but not limited to: Insufficient Address/Return to Sender/Unable to Forward, we will email you to have a new address/a corrected address provided to re-send your items. This will result in an invoice sent for the new shipping cost to resend your package. Items are not refundable/returnable.

Armor Up Threads cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/ taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery in some packages.
